Hi, and welcome to my website! Please open the portfolios to see current work in silverpoint and egg tempera. Although I have worked in other mediums these have become my favorites.
I am currently teaching at the Washington Art Association, Washington, CT and in my studio in Warren, CT. Check the 'Teaching' link from time to time for added venues.

EXCITING NEWS!! KOO SCHADLER, INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED EGG TEMPERA PAINTER, WILL BE GIVING A WORKSHOP IN MY STUDIO!! October 12 - 16, 2009. Please contact me if you are interested in attending. As of April 29, there is one space available. There will be a waiting list if you are interested but not yet able to commit.

Cost: $75. includes all materials. A $40. down payment must be received by June 15 with the remaing $35 due on the class day. There is a min. of six people needed for this workshop with a max of 12. Early sign-up is encouraged. All checks should be made out to John C. Gernon.
